X-Men: The Last Stand

I finally managed to watch the third X-Men movie. You can read my full review on my movie blog.

A better movie than I expected, with very good action. However, it leaned heavily on the work done by Singer in the previous movies, where the characters were established. So overall I still like the first two movies better than this. But this third installment does feel like part of the trilogy.

I really didn't like the way they through x-men cannon out the window. It was a raping of the characters and the story. I thought I liked it when I left the theatre, but it kept eating at me. Eventually, I hated it. I rewatched it on DVD and was only able to pick at it more. Taken apart from the comics, it was probably pretty good.
